Student Registration


Welcome future Tigers! The information on this page is to help you gather all necessary documents to enroll at Tildenville Elementary School. If you are in need of assistance please call the school at 407-877-5054.

All new students registering please follow the requirements below that apply to you:

Students NEW to Orange County Public Schools will need the following forms:

    • birth certificate
    • Florida form 680 immunization
    • physical within the past year
    • verification of address (see below)
    • OCPS registration packet

Students transferring from another school in the state of Florida need:

    • a withdrawal packet from your students previous school
    • a current transcript with final grades
    • standardized test scores
    • birth certificate
    • Individualized Education Plan or 504 Plan for students with disabilities
    • immunization records on a Form 680
    • last school physical
    • any necessary court/legal documents 

Verification of home address requires one of the following:

    • an original lease
    • Homestead Exemption Card
    • Property Tax Statement
    • Warranty Deed
    • drivers license must be provided when registering with one of the above forms

    • Verification of Residence form from Pupil Assignment (appointment required)
